  Recently visited Botany Mall branch twice, female tellers I encountered were helpful yet abrupt. Cute building, suggest a placement indicating to patrons where the line starts for the tellers its disorganised when busy. The internal ATM 'ate' my cash, took 48 hours to resolve, wont use it again & have to explain myself to staff when Im standing in line for teller. Very multicultural place.

  I've been with ASB for 23 years. The first time I apply for a small personal loan not only do they reject me but seconds later they try to sell me stuff?! Disgusting. I'm switching to Kiwibank.
