  A great local branch of ASB Bank located inside Lynn Mall shopping centre. The branch received a remodel in the last year or so and it appears to have increased efficiency of the branch. The long lines to see a teller have been reduced. I appreciate how theres a staff member roaming the floor and asking you what you need to get sorted and will point you in the right direction. The late nights are appreciated but do note that they not process cheques after 4:30pm and your only option is to use the quick deposit slips. Outside the branch you will find ATMS, a coin machine that pays directly to your account (no cash) and a Currency Exchange Kiosk.

  Had very bad experience with a staff member here. I wanted to open a new account I had birth certificate, passport, bank card, drivers license and was still turned away. Changed to BNZ.

  Been going here since I was a child, the staff are usually friendly. Although a staff member was horrible to me. I am changing my bank because of this service. Some man by the name of Norpra was so rude I don't understand how he even works in customer service. very dissatisfied.

  Good service helpful staff members lots of atm machines wheel chair accessible.. well set up

  To whom it may concern I'd like to thank the two lovely ladies who served me this morning. Very helpful and friendly. Had issues with the card and she/they went out of their way to help and sorted out the situation. Sorry i don't know their names. Again thank you ladies Keep up the great work team. Kind Regards Ben.
