  Dealing with this store was a very disappointing and frustrating experience. No appro was available on my item over $1000 because the owner was not flexible on a 24 hour turnaround (which is very difficult when you live 2 hours away). When I inquired about the possibility of a discount I was told it is shop policy that there is no discount unless the purchase is over $3000 and it is paid for in cash. 'Cash' means cash (no credit card, no bank transfer). Who has $3000 cash on them?? As appro was not available and there was no come back if the item was not right for the home the manager relented with an offer of a store credit , which is a lot of money to have to spend in a store if you don't particularly want to purchase anything else there. The cost to deliver the purchase was quoted as 'it shouldn't be as much as $70'. Knowing I could arrange it myself for as little as $10 I suggested I organize my own delivery. I would avoid doing business again with this store.

  Very disappointed with the attitude of the sales person today. Insinuating we thought this was an Op Shop, as she said most "Australians" think this. Also shouting out "have a nice holiday girl" as we left the shop. This lady certainly needs educating on providing a pleasant shopping experience. If I could give a negative rating, I would!
