  Auckland Grammar School is undoubtedly the most historic and prestigious high school in New Zealand. Despite its gigantic gap between academic abilities and staff treatment of A class students and P class students, it is unquestionable that Auckland Grammar School is above and beyond most secondary schools in New Zealand. Due to the gap I have mentioned above, the graduates have varied opions of the school, and act differently in public as well. It is also true that the school may often feel like a prison which forces you to study. However, the experience you gain from Auckland Grammar School is priceless, and one may decide to learn that the hard way by leaving the school before the entirety of their Grammar student life, just like I have. The other inferior, bootleg high schools do not stand a chance against the present and future of New Zealand, that is Auckland Grammar School, for true greatness can only be gained through hardship and effort.   Okay, I didn't go here so all you critics go away. But my dad came here and was not impressed. OK maybe its changed a bit since when he went there but I still have friend saying it was terrible.

  I have heard a lot positive about this school. It is arguably one of the best school in Auckland as they encourage studies and sports equally. Tough to get into school unless you live in the neighborhood or your parents or relative studied in the school.
