::I was really nicely surprised how caring they care. I had an appointment booked for South Island visit but my flight there was cancelled. I rang them to explain my situation and even though they were fully booked for this last day of visit, they managed to reschedule me for that day and I could still get there with my later flight even though I thought I would have to go different day to Auckland after all...With the consul everything went smoothly and even though I thought I had all my documents ready, there was some new rule, new low or something I didn't know about... Luckily he knew about this and gave me this extra document to fill up so I have everything complete and don't need to come back. Very impressed with the whole approach of these people working here.
