Really rude as... Had a car to sell, he basically said I would have to bring it there myself, I said OKAY. Then he says "and you have to get it all the way out the back to the pile" and pointed past everyone to a area that was impossible to get to. Seriously. Then he said to try another company, but they told me to try him so it went in circles whilst these guys laughed about it. In the end took the car to McCauley scrap metal and got money for it, where as these guys would only take it for free. Then they have signs saying things like "all cars collected, top dollar" (lies) and "car batteries from thirty five dollars" but when you go to buy one they don't have any and only have sixty dollar ones. Stuff like that. Also, people give them bad rating so they write a lot of their own reviews to try and make their overall score better.

Rude and didn't turn up when agreed. The 5 star reviews are done by the people who own company.

Really bad service. rang them about my car described the issues it had and they said they would offer me between $400 - $700 but would need to see it first. I said I was after more like $1000 - $1500 so it probably wasn't going to work. they then text me a few hours later and said "I can give you $1000 for your car". I said no at first because I had lined up other people to come view it. I then decided that I would prefer not to have to deal with meeting lots of people and messaged them back to say they could have it for $1000 if they collected it that afternoon to which they agreed. The person who showed up was not the person I had been communicating with and did not honor the arrangement, wasting my time and meant I had to go and message everyone that had been interested and tell them that it wasn't in fact sold and try to find another buyer. Really frustrating.
