  Good service car look good. But there care for my window wasn't good when thete window guy took out the window and crack the glass and had to replace using my insurance because I took my car home and once I hit a bump in the road then I notice the hidden damage .. not impress

  I always try to use a local company and having used Porirua Autocrash for a number of years I was not very pleased to take my truck to them and find that they weren't interested in doing a small job on it. I left work early and the first time I arrived they had just closed and everywhere was locked up even though they were in the car outside. I left work earlier the next day and arrived about 4:45. As soon as I walked in I realised they were not interested, but I asked them to have a look. They reluctantly walked out to look at it and told me to take it elsewhere. They wouldn't be able to do anything for at least four weeks and they wouldn't even give me any idea as to what it should cost. I am pleased they have so much work they are not interested in pricing any more, but I am not pleased at the way they treat returning customers.
