::Communication from both Petone and Lower Hutt workshops is shocking. My vehicle is currently due for a compliance test and never did I receive some sort of notification from either branch that they have received a vehicle from overseas (vehicle delivered to Autorama on 18/12/17 and required paperwork delivered personally to them 11/12/17) Now I have to wait until January 8th of NEXT YEAR for the compliance.

::I imported my car from Australia and it was sent here for compliance. For reasons I don't understand and without my consent they removed the window tinting when there was NO WAY it was as dark as some of the imports from Japan. Once it was removed the glue that held it on wasn't cleaned and we were told that it was our problem. 3 months later in the hot NZ sun the windows STILL stick which makes it difficult to open or close. When I called the day after bringing my car home to question it, I was condescendingly (I can only assume because I am female) told that it's not something they do anyway so I have to sort it out. Also re tinting will be between $300-$400, but it's not something they do.
