  Worst service even seen in new zealand.. i bought a bmw with autosure insurance called mechanical breakdown warranty worth $600 and they did not transfered the policy on my name whereas i paid $600 for the insurance. Donot recommend anyone to go with 'autosure'. Worst insurance company ever..

  I report that I was disappointed with the service provided to my car, the headlights were totally different and aesthetically awful. I also inform that the headlight to put the in my vehicle is a recovered headlight and not new ... I continue with the crumpled hood, and the electrical part that had stopped working continues uncorrected ... I paid for a poorly completed service and terrible quality...

  These guys are AWESOME. My BMW 5 had a suspected failed drive Shaft, diagnosed by Bellars Motorworx. Autosure replaced it with a brand new one. Thank you for honoring the claim!

  New Zealand's biggest rip off..... Had a claim with them and they spent the 7 -10 days trying everything not to pay it and when proved they were liable to pay the garage could not get hold of them top authorize payment. Sold my car and as you are not allows the transfer the policy asked for a refund on the remaining 2 years that was still to run on then policy and they said no they don't give refunds. The policy itself was $1795, which had to be paid in full and was for three years. Only had the car a year so tow years left to run on it. S they now have money for nothing...... In addition to this it is actually more expensive than my actual car insurance who have refunded money for the unused policy... Would touch them with a barge pole again. Shop about get something else

  Autosure is the best. Bought a 3 year plan with the car. All ways delivering with great service. So far they have replaced all of my ball joints and a whole lot of other work. Let's just say I made my money back. Definitely plan on taking another policy for the next year's.
