  By looking at current comments and my experience with reception lady I can tell that she is RACIST. she was very helpful and cheerful when she talk to European but her face change in blink of an eye when she saw Asian or African. She got a fake smile and keep very little conversation. We shouldn't get upset for those actions. Becoause racist people are uneducated. So we are better than them. Adios hommies...

  A great medical practice. Books and toys for the kids waiting, friendly staff. Only down side is that they are often late. Not sure it is because the Doctors are being thorough or scheduling.

  I have always been happy with Dr Chin, but the lady on the desk is horrible She has been rude, condescending and unhelpful I would have moved if the Doc was not so good It is sad that no one in my family (wife and four children) are happy to visit our doc because of this.

  Doctor's service is ok. But receptionist (a lady) is sometimes impatient, mean and very rude. Have phoned/visited the centre 6-7 times including my family's, have a bad feeling with the front desk 2-3 times. You tell. Now changing to another clinic.
