::Rented vehicle in Auckland for drop off on South Island Booking confirmed by Avis On Auckland check in advised that no vehicle would available in Picton, despite their confirmation To add insult to injury with as the new period was shorter the increased the daily rate. Thank goodness to Europcar who were able to provide a car in Picton So much for using Avis regularly over 15 years

::No toilets after 6pm, so if you take the 1am ferry you can just wait for 6 hours. I had to take the car to go back to the cbd. That’s completely unacceptable !
