::Called in and wanted to deposit a large amount of money today, was told I had to use the automated teller machine, I said to the lady who told me this that I would prefer to deposit the money on a one on one personal basis, her reply to this was that I would have to wait 20 minutes for this to happen. My reply to this was very poor customer service from BNZ Upper Riccarton. Seriously thinking about changing my banking to a Bank that puts customers first.

::Popped into the branch half an hour before closing with some urgent enquiries and was very happy with the service that I received. Due to the complicity of the request, I was pleasantly surprised by how efficient it was handled. The whole thing took less than 10 minutes. Although I didn't end up going with them, just want to say thanks to Debbie and the team for the good work.
