  Not sure how it offers a genuine kiwi experience. Very quirky in how it appears to operate. Mouldy shower curtain a bit suspect. Not alot of security around the rooms as none of the windows seem to lock. Over alll tidy and accomadting but for this type of b and b it needs more people character. It does have off street parking and is in a quiet neighborhood.

  Great room, shower was tight but nice variety for breakfast with eggs and sausage.

  Prima B&B. Wij hadden kamer nr 3, erg ruim. Een grote gezamenlijke ruimte net TV en thee- en koffie faciliteiten. Ook op de ķamer stond een waterkoker en thee en koffie.

  Excellent and quiet place to stay. Friendly staff, very helpful. City center can be reached by bus in 20 minutes. Looking forward to my next stay!

  Wir haben uns im Januar 2013 für die ersten 2 Tage unseres Neuseelandaufenthaltes sehr wohl gefühlt. Kurzer Spaziergang zum Mt. Eden ist zu empfehlen
