  Just had new tissot battery fitted and when we got the watch back it looked like it was brand new again sparkly and clean. Very good value for the quality of the work done. Highly recommended.

  Highly recommend this store as one of the best in tauranga for knowledge and customer's service, have gone it twice and they have sized my watches for free as soon as I took it in and also a valuation, not to mention the vast selection of top quality products in store at good market value 👌

  Whilst they may occupy a niche in he market where they offer service that others might not, their attitude leaves a lot to be desired. I don't subscribe to the theory that " The customer is always right" I do strongly believe that people in the service industry should remember " That whilst the customer is not always right they are - the customer" Honestly I got the impression that they thought that they were doing me a favour. That I should be happy with whatever they offered service wise. Ah nah - I hope that many people read the review and decide like I have o seek out an alternative.
