::It is so unfortunate that I wasn't provided with options when I visited with a small puncture in my tyre. I wish my feedback was positive but regret to say it is not. I needed to consistently push to find out what my options were (I asked if my tyre could be repaired and wasn't given a straight answer until much later!), was advised my only option was to purchase two tyres for $600 (and advised there were only two tyres in store, yet when I look later there were tyres for less. Surely I could have been provided with more cost options and could have made an appointment to return later if the tyres needed to be delivered). I advised I was going to look for a better price online, and the person I was dealing with took $30 off the price, as if that's some sort of discount! I had to push to find out my options and was not dealt with honestly. Finally I was advised my tyre could be repaired (after I had to provide this as an option and had to push for this to be done even though the repair was only small, minimal). I was then ill advised the repair would only last 2 months!! What rubbish. I will go not here again. Disrespectful, (I would like to suggest even sexist!), dishonest dealings with this person

::Fantastic friendly service. Ray is well experienced and knowledgeable. The younger crew respectful and friendly. Had to wait for hubby to pick me up for a while and I felt very welcome. Definitely 5 star service.

::Tala and the team at Beaurepaires in Lower Hutt, by the BP, were fantastic to deal with. From the friendly greeting, through to getting a damaged tyre replaced. They talked through what needed to happen and organised for a replacement to be brought in. Highly recommend. Fast, friendly and efficient. Tyre was unusual size, so price not reflective of overall prices (others looked reasonable).
