  Quite disappointed with my overall experience here - I had to wait 10 minutes before anyone even came to greet me at the front, the masseuse kept leaving the door open to the room making me feel exposed and uncomfortable, the massage was very weak even though I requested firm, the language barrier made it a bit awkward, and to top it all off it didn't even go the full hour since they started late even though I was on time! Thankfully I was using a voucher someone had kindly gifted me, because I would have been very angry to pay full price for such an experience. Would definitely not go back here.
