  We have had excellent personalized service from this shop. Dave was particularly good. Helpful, knowledgeable and followed up really well on our complicated delivery instructions.

  Went in looking for a bed advertised on the net didn't have any felt like the lady at the counter didn't even try to sell me anything as black Friday was the next day their loss I went across the road and got a bargain $1349 queen bed for $ 650

  Massive Customer Services! Stright off the bat we received the best customer services from Corgi (Sales rep) from Beds R Us Whangarei, never judge us even tho at most places we do. She was helpful and informative with product knowledge. After spending time with us, she left us to it, at that point we decided we would make the purchase. Once again she gave us payment options and a protection 30 day return of WE SIMPLY didn't enjoy the bed (t&c obviously) would recommend her service! A+++
