  bad ! 房間標榜很新,進去之後開始寫一堆規定,廚房要整理乾淨,只能水煮食物!有味道必須罰200NZ,覺得不想給使用廚房還真的不用說自己廚房多厲害 千萬不要入住

  Stayed in the tiny room - Very clean, amazing what you can do in a tiny space. Ideal for one person. Great service highly recommend.

  Absolutely stunning little place. The rooms are large, new, modern and spotless with lovely toiletries and fluffy towles. The manager was super friendly and helpful giving us some great tips about the town. I cannot recommend this place high enough and will definitely stay again on our next trip to Dunedin.

  10/10 Love love love it. Trendy, beautiful decor, absolutely spotless, beautiful beds and bedding, quiet, comfortable and well appointed. Nothing spared with top notch soaps etc. Gorgeous kitchen, great rates, close to town and Hockey Turf. Awesome friendly service. Great laundry. The BEECHWOOD is the cleanest and nicest motel that we have stayed in, in NZ. Would so stay again. Thanks so much.😊 It shows that it is 3 star accommodation, but it way exceeds that.😊
