  I had a booking here the 7th December. It was for my girlfriend & I for the pamper package c. This was a 3 hour service which my beautician did not speak to me the entire time! So off to a pretty average start. First up was an hour relaxation massage....it was anything but relaxing! It was one of the most painful massages I've had to the point where I was applying deep heat to my shoulders for the next few day! It was rough, uncomfortable & just completely unpleasant. The hour facial was very much the same. Lastly we had a gel manicure, now I suffer from a thing called hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating from my hands & feet, which tends to be triggered when I'm anxious or in a uncomfortable situation. So not something I can help) so as you'd expect my hands started to sweat so the beautician then threw some tissues at my hands & started talking in another launge to a coworker, which I was then passed into who made comment about how wet my hands were. As someone who works in the beauty industry myself I know first hand you are not meant to shame people for conditions they have or shame people at all. I left Bella vita day spa feeling extremely deflated. The package we got was meant to include nibbles like fruit, chocolate etc. Which we did not get. Overall was a disgusting experience & I was highly embarrassed I took my girlfriend there for her birthday!!
