  Ben is a complete professional who I felt really cared about our experience as well as the sale. We recently sold our apartment in central Wellington with Ben Atwill, after purchasing the property from him over 5 years ago. Going back to Ben was the first and only option we considered, Ben had made such a good positive impact on us the last time, and we were absolutely impressed with Ben's commitment, care, and professionalism again during the sale of our property. He is extremely well connected and personable; he is a total perfectionist and made sure every detail was taken care of during our sale. We absolutely appreciated all the additional effort Ben put in, we are in Sydney, Australia and due to COVID were not able to get to NZ for the sale. We sold in just one week! He even managed to meet our pretty high expectations of a sale price. Excellent experience with Ben, will return to him again when we are ready to buy again.
