  Took my sewing machine in today for service. I have just moved to Gisborne and found the lady on the counter was very kind and helpful. She went beyond what i expected and offered to carry my machine into store. I will certinally be going back to this store often after such good service.

  Good variety of stock and staff are helpful. But they do need a more private area for their staff reviews - couldn't help but hear what was said one day.
