  The hotel smells very bad. The beds are uncomfortable. It is dirty inside the hotel and the smell of mold was everywhere. The heater they have in the room does not get rid of the condensation. There was condensation on the windows and the room felt very damp. The extractor fan in the bathroom, the walls, the carpets, the beds all need to be updated and cleaned. It made us feel filthy being at the hotel. The only good thing about it was the wheelchair facilities. Good water pressure of the shower, good height for the vanity and large roll-in shower area. My suggestion is for you to bring the decor up to date - re-paint the walls and update the extractor fan. Also, install a heat pump to help with the dampness/smell in the room. The price we paid for the room was too much for the condition of the rooms.

  Bit old but nice big rooms, lots of parking and close to great restaurants. Limited on amenities. Big room and bathroom though

  Very handy to shops, food outlets and easy access in the morning to the Interislander Ferry.

  Very impressed with Johnsonville best western..... clean, spacious, comfortable and friendly staff. Close to railway station, plenty shops and pub.

  Clean and convenient to the ferry. Would recommend to just about anyone. WiFi was great for a hotel.
