  Well located. This is unfortunately well reflected in the pricing of their wine. Out of control. At least $10 per bottle over what you might expect to pay for local nz wine. Gouging.

  Have bought a $130 Champaign of these guys, walked out thinking it is a bit too expensive. Walked across the road and saw the same one for $30 less. When I asked to refund it, the lady in the counter said they are not obliged to refund and after two phone calls to her managers, they agreed to exchange. I understand about their refund policy however this happens within 10 minutes. Preserving clients is a secret to a good business. Especially if you’re charging them $30 extra for nothing.
