  Got told my locking system cant be fixed (understable) and then got told all they can do is clean it... next thing you know, Charged $98 to get CRC sprayed into the key hole.😑

  I purchased an Electronic Safe today and had trouble setting it up. The instructions that came with the safe were not very good, there were no words on the instruction sheet, just pictures and the pictures were very small. I gave the super friendly guy that sold me the safe a call and he told me about a button I needed to press on the back. Re reading the instructions there is a picture of a finger pressing a button, but the button is about 1mm in diameter :) Excellent Service, A++

  Have cut keys incorrectly multiple times, also have terrible internal processes - we keep trying to get people added to the account and they never follow through which makes dealing with them impossible. Don't use them if you can avoid it.

  Elderly neighbour locked herself out tonight (New Years Eve) never met the lady before - but ours were the only lights on!!! Had experience of Beveridge previously so felt confident to recommend them........ they didn't disappoint - excellent service (kept well informed along the way) prompt and affordable service - and all done with a smile ☺☺.
