  I went to find some graphite to see if I vould sort out keys sticking in our lock but apparently no one sells it anymore. The shop assistant suggested CRC but I decided to buy a new lock & keys whilst I was there. CRC worked a treat - just in case you were wondering!

  Appreciate it was my stupidity that led to the situation of me being locked out. Helpful staff on the phone and was told a locksmith would call me asap. Half an hour later no call so I rang again and then got a call. He was over the other side of town although he had just been in my area. He would be another 40 minutes. He was the only locksmith on. So much for local, fast service. To rub salt in the wound there was a $140 charge which is just daylight robbery for the service provided. Took nearly two hours to show up after my first call. I will always leave a key out now so that I never have to support an industry like this.

  Awful service. Failed to show up on two separate attempts/appointments in the same week. First time without notice (or reason), second time they blamed it on traffic. Very unreliable.
