  So Saturday myself, hubby and the kids went to Big Save just to have a look at a new lounge suite. Our plan was to go to Big Save, and then to all the other shops that sell lounge suites. We were greated friendly by all of the staff. I quickly made it clear that we were not going to buy anything today and we were "just looking" and normally that is where the communication and the customer service stop. Louise were all good that we are only looking but still comunicated with us and made us feel welcome yet not preasured to buy anything. Not long after that we felt like we were part of the team and the girls were doing the colour in competition while we were "just looking". I must be honest. Everytime we buy anything from Big Save the service is amazing! From "just looking" to the delivery is simply the best! Big Save you are amazing!! This is the second time we buy from you and we will buy from you again and again. Management may be proud to have such a lovely team!
