  Came on in for a service and was rather pissed off about the fact that My front and back break's both had air bubbles on them, when you are paying 200 for a service You would expect them do to Do a proper job... Now after I took my bike back and kindly arsked them If they can please fix the air bubbles and getting my bike back, I still have air bubbles, I will take it in for a 3rd time now and this time mbo you better do a Damm good job or look out!

  Friendly and knowledgeable staff with a good workshop. Was happily surprised with the cost of work I had done and will be back for things in the future.

  After going to the other more pricey upmarket bike shops in town I searched and found this one. Much better layout and range of parts, great value for money and great friendly customer service. Will definitely be going back in the near future. Cheers Bike Otago, keep up the good work ;)

  Visiting NZ from UK.. desperate to cycle Otago rail trail and needed new brake blocks for bike hired with camper van. Despite being busy, the staff fixed the bike overnight and we had a great cycle in this wonderful country.. highly recommend this place!
