  The food was excellent, and the staff were fine. The problem we had was the lack of staff, and the exceptionally long waiting times. 2 hours for a main and a desert is too long, and did spoil the experience. You need to put more staff on Bluestone.

  Amazing steaks!!! Beautiful top notch service. Really is 5 star. Try the duck fat chips - divine!

  Food was well presented. The steak tartare was too chunky and needed more preparation. Am disappointed that the mains were served while we were still on our entrees, making all feel that we were being rushed and the mains were bordering on cold. The lamb signature dish looked as if it has been under lights for a while. When our concerns were raised when paying for our meal, staff did not care and no apologies nor concerns given. It appears they are well aware of this. Would definitely not be coming back.

  We really enjoyed our meal here, the food was delicious. The staff were all friendly, and made our time here delightful. Definitely the best steakhouse in Hamilton, and the food was fantastic. It was a perfect night out, and I'd definitely recommend coming here. Our group thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

  Always fantastic food here. If you're not opting for a steak dish, they also do a beautiful fish dish. Make sure you leave room for dessert.
