Previously went here to exchange USD to nzd and then use that cash to get coins. There was a large atm transaction fee that ANZ did not have, thus I recommend using ANZ's ATMs. Also went back here to exchange the cash to coins for $10 and there was a $5 fee to exchange cash to coins for "non-bnz members" yet I exchanged here before for free. Shady tellers. Why does this bank charge for cash to coin exchange, yet no where else does?
