::One of the staff, Venuka is rude. I was renewing a term deposit, was checking my app to see if I wanted to increase the amount but she kept hurrying me and in a rude way I was going to leave and take it to ASB as one of their staff is much nicer and even remembers me. Will consider doing so next time if the rates are anywhere near similar at other banks.

::As a business, attitude is key! Super quiet morning I went in the queue to deposit money, was told to self service using the machine. Had a staff demonstrated how to use the kiosk, the computer then crashed and held my card and money within. I was offered to have the money put on a credit card to remedy the problem, but wasn't feasible because I don't have a bnz credit card (not keen to apply for one in the future now). Can only wait for their call when they have sorted out the crashing computer for now. Not a good experience, though I understand I might just be unlucky. Disappointed at their rather unfriendly customer service, like everyone should've learned about their self service machine (in such digital era, haven't walked into banks for years). After the machine has crushed, there was no apologies from the staff at all. All I got was 'that's not normal but don't worry we will help you fix it', yes they made it my problem too. Do not recommend.
