    Rude, rude, rude. This is my local (unfortunately) but am now travelling to other Post Shops to get better service. The Paper Plus shop is even worse, staff have NO IDEA how to speak to another human being, and it looks like smiling is a completely foreign concept to them.

    It says that they are open today even on their website so I travel from drury this morning only to find that their doors are shut and nobody is there why do they do these things to people...one job botany post one job...post the right bloody times on your website arrrgh I will suggest nobody come here if they can't get their own opening hours right do you really want them handling parcels and dealing with your banking I think not.

    Staff very unprofessional and rude. Walked few metres to ASB and got wayy better service. Wouldn't have even given a one star review but it's the default option.
