  What a wonderful place, we always have gorgeous fresh flowers and love using Bourbon Rose Florist for our choice of florist, the staff are exceptional, nothing is an issue

  Should be zero stars. Purchased a Potted Orchid for my Mother for Christmas and ordered online as I live overseas. All of the flowers died and fell off the plant 10 days later. She called the store and the said they would call back. They didn’t. Physically went into the store and was told there was nothing that could be done. Terrible quality and service.
