  It has public restroom and they serve good coffee. The only shortcoming is it closes so early by 10pm

  I got there about 5.55am, hoping to grab a pie. I did not realise the store doors would not be open until 6am. I thought I may be able to have service through the after hours window. The lady behind the counter, who was making a coffee right in front of me did not acknowledge me at all - as a matter of fact she blatantly ignored me. I didn't want to be rude so I just stood there for 5 minutes. Suddenly at 6am the doors were opened. The thing that annoyed me was being ignored, she could have just said "sorry we are n0t able to serve until 6am OR sorry we are not open until 6am" - But nope. I was annoyed so decided to ring the store & I think it was her that answered. I asked if they were open and she said yes. I said I was waiting by the window for 5 minutes and she said "we don't open until 6" - I was about to say "why didn't you say something to me then?" BUT she HUNG UP ON ME. Incredibly rude. My company uses BP all the time, all our fuel cards are BP, but I am seriously thinking about changing for the new year.

  Best staff customer service. The barister lady behind the counter does very good coffee & she does her very best to keep up the pace because it get's packed.

  QR code needs better positioning. Staff attitude towards politely asking if people have scanned need improvement. We all need to help. Been 4 incidents away from Wellington lockdown recently. Only way to reduce that chance is quick tracing
