::Went into this BP station about 4 weeks back to order 2 coffees from a member named wade which both tasted somewhat burnt and bitter so drove back to a very disinterested member of staff telling me they had been freshly made no apologies to me and told me he was going to make 2 more for me and ended up disappearing another member off staff then came to me and asked if he could be off service so I then explained to him what had happened and he happily made me 2 fresh complimentary coffees which tasted absolutely perfect hence the 2 star review I believe his name was Jessie , considering I had come all the way from Kent England I expect better customer service !!!!!!!!!

::Went to Riverside BP this morning around 11.30am for 2 takeaway coffees. First counter I approached had a temporary sign saying use next counter, so I stood in front of that one with my 2 keep cups on the counter. One staff member was asked by someone to serve them at the closed counter and they were served. 2 more staff members at the POS counters - not busy. Eventually after several minutes waiting, one of the staff said if I wanted coffees I had to pay at the POS counters. I pointed out that there was no sign in front of me explaining that, but I moved over to the POS. After telling them 3 times how I wanted the coffees, I gave up and left with no intention of returning to this BP station. Would love management to play the video of my visit so they can see how disinterested their staff were and their comments to me. Do not recommend you visit this petrol station as their service today was abysmal!

::Went in and asked bigger sth African sounding chap behind counter. Gave me wrong info about gas, being totally arrogant, and condescending. Will never go there again.

::Not sure if the coffee making lady is trained to be rude and ignore customers, or if she is naturally that way. She does not help your business!!
