  The lady behind the counter was grumpy and had a massive attitude because I found $2 coin instead of breaking a 20 for $1.50. It was pretty uncomfortable and awkward having the staff member doing dramatic sighs directed at me over finding change. She also didn't give me my 50c back but there was no way I was gonna ask for that and risk the wrath of BP lady over 50c.

  My mum is a regular customer for coffee here at BP who are normally always really nice :) However, the short lady with glasses served my mum who drove from Hamilton today and accused her of being a customer who stole petrol at the station earlier in the day???? My mum was not even in Palmerston North??? So just a heads up, be careful of what you accuse people of because it made her feel so embarrassed while she stood there waiting for her coffee. Normally good customer service but definitely not today!!!
