  I have a speech impediment. I ordered a coffee, was asked my name and was unable to respond quickly. Instead of reacting like most people; with confusion and agitation, the cashier reacted with patience instead, delivering my coffee with a smile and friendly conversation. Thank you for taking the time to focus on your customer service! It is often neglected, but is such an important part of a business. Keep up the great work!
