  These guys never have the windscreen cleaning squeegee (with the sponge and rubber). Ask them inside and I'm told they are not in stock. Not really a full service pump then.

  If you are in rush (evenings)dont consider going there. You could have to wait for filling. Novice drivers may feel discomfort , cause of congestion.

  Pop in for a fill up. Waited 10mins for this laddy to activate the pump ( nothing ) 2 guys got there fill up and pay at the counter. As for me, she told me I have to pay first before fill up.( WHAT! ) Others didn't get to do that & I have too?? 3 female staff on board,not one of them help me out. Just let me stand there 10mins doing nothing for service. Bad customer services would NEVER go BACK! Worst BP staff EVER!

  Horrible customer service. They knew nothing about in store competitions. One lady Janis was extremely rude and nasty.

  Awesome crew great service wish there was more staff i have to admit if I was in a hurry I wouldn't be coming here.
