  Windscreen wash brushes are a disgrace. Completely worn out. Pointed out to counter staff, complete lack of understanding.

  Worst experience of customer service I have ever experienced. So bad that we have made a complaint to BP directly. One rude, loud staff member has ruined any chance of us ever returning. Not to mention the other (at least 20) customers in the store. She needs serious training on how to treat her other team member and the people who pay her wages.....namely the customers whom she was so rude to. We are from Timaru, but always USED to refuel at Rolleston, never again.

  Easy in and fast out flown design. They have Ultimate 98 high octane fuel for those of you like me whom know it makes your late model (mines a new Rav4 2.5).. sing..especially when overtaking!
