  Thank you for the fantastic studio room with the fireplace and bath. Such a wonderful place to celebrate our engagement. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was amazing with the fireplace and views to the south. Only small complaint would be that there is no where for the bath to drain if it overflows or if you spill water, so a lot of mopping with towels.

  Came in for a Signature massage and it was great. The place is clean, tidy and professional. The waiting room has comfortable seating and you can relax with tea or water before and after your appointment. Massage was nice and the girls were lovely. The one thing I would suggest is to check before putting the AC on to cool the room mid massage. It was turned off once I mentioned I was cold but it wasnt easy to get back into that warm, cozy, relaxed state. Constructive because I support the business: Initily the intention was to have a weekend getaway at Brackenridge, based on communication during the booking process we reluctantly went elsewhere for accommodation. We wanted a swim or spa and saw that there is complimentary access with our massage. Luckily we checked in advance, we were told that we couldn't use the pool or spa before our 9am massage because it was too early. After our massage I saw the gym flyer with the facilities hours outlined and I'm confused. Maybe it just wasn't explained very well?

  Stayed in a cottage with 3 others. Plenty of room and great facilities. Comfortable and homely.

  I enjoyed my stay here so much. Was a perfect night, very peaceful, the stars were out, hot tub, salt pool, beautiful studio room. We had a wonderful time. Also had a gorgeous breakfast in the morning. I would definitely visit again. Everything inside the room was beautifully clean and well designed . Thank you for our stay
