  Terrible experience! Wasn't asked what style I was after and felt like no interest was made to get a feel for what sort of dress I wanted to try on. I was given three dress options and then told there was nothing more in my size. I felt like I was being forced into buying something off the rack without having control over what I was trying on. This was the first place that I tried on dresses and it really ruined the first part of this experience for me!

  My experience as a mother to the bride to be at your shop was disappointment at the service we received. We arrived early and had to wait. The person who was delegated to us did not have much knowledge about the stock in the shop. The excuse given was no size or too small for the few bridal gowns that the bride to be really wanted to try on. I didn't think the bride to be's ideas and designs were genuinely listened to and the lady showed us more gowns on the sale rack!!! It was as if they thought we were only looking for gowns on sale instead of a proper consultation. So sad!!!!!!!!!
