  Another one to add to the list of businesses NOT TO DEAL WITH - a whopping lack of integrity & the manager - unbelievably rude!! Took a wheelbarrow wheel in to get them to put my tube in ($20 at Bunnings: heavy duty tube & receipt) A 5 minute job one would think... Charged $15 before the job was done, they stuffed my tyre with the tool used to get the tube in, bashed the valve with a hammer repeatedly to get it back through the hole to pull the tube out, deliberately bent half the wheel rim to get the old tyre off then bent it back in with pliers, cracked all the metal & paint so now it'll rust & has sharp edges. I watched all this, several times expressed my concern but was ignored "its fine, we do this all the time." It wasn't fine at all; This took over an hour, finally gets to pumps it up and surprise, surprise the tube is stuffed & blows the air straight out. Had to leave it there to speak to the manager later who then refused to reimburse me for the tube they wrecked, said there's no such thing as heavy duty tubes, accused me of lying about the price to scam money & hung up on me, I rang back & he hung up on me again. So I got in the car & went down there, the manager was so appallingly rude to me & then tried to rubbish me as if somehow it was all my fault because I refused to allow him to speak to me like that - all while continuing to ask for reimbursement for cost of the tube. To top off his wonderful performance he then literally threw the wheel on the foot path outside the main door when I said I'd tell everyone how good their service was & put it on social media!! Footnote: He never paid me for the tube; the wheel rim is stuffed so I have to buy a whole new wheel now... another $10 dollars and I can get a new wheelbarrow - hard to get good help these days..! So, no I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!!!
