  Had to go back as my lamp wasn't working. They were happy to exchange it, no question asked. Friendly staff!

  Plenty of bargains of great home products there if you like shopping. I needed assistance and there were no staff to be found to assist on the floor. The only staff visible were busy at the checkouts. So I walked out empty handed.
