::Paid for priority service for my visa, written on their web 3-5 business days. Today already 7th day after they received my application, no passport back. Only documents sent back yesterday with a note on it, saying still making decision, may take 3 weeks. Whatβs the point of me paying for priority service?! No one told me there may have a delay on my visa when I pay for $500 something dollars! Feeling UK is lying to me! If I want to ask them where is my own passport I still have to pay for a phone call which gonna cost me 1.37GBP/min or 5.48GBP for an email! Ridiculous and useless! I will ask for a refund and UK pay for my losses. Tickets and accommodation and everything!

::What an absolute useless bunch of tossers. We applied for "Priority Service", which states that the application gets pushed to the "front of the line", and the ETA for the UK Visa is 3-5 business days. It is now the 7th BUSINESS day, and we have had no contact whatsoever to say the application was successful, nor was there even a message to state why it's been delayed. When you try call the "09-3032973" number, and push option 1 for "Visas and Passports", it just leaves you with a useless message to ask you to visit a website or call an international UK number. On the website, the number they provide is not only not toll-free, but it says that there will be an additional 1.37 GBP charge on top of the normal call charges PER MINUTE to speak with an adviser. How pathetic. When you walk into their office, all they do is hand you a piece of paper and say "please call this UK number, or if you would like to lodge a compliant, please follow the link below". What is the point of even having this Auckland office if they can't be of any assistance. Expect delays when applying for "Priority Service", and never trust these useless tossers ever again.
