  Tried multiple times to call both the Wellington and Auckland centres within opening times and was left with an automated voice message suggesting opening times...

  I phoned at 10.19am and the embassy phones were closed, absolutely terrible

  Absolutely useless!! I sought an answer to a complicated passport question before I pursued an application online, and all I get is an automated voice message which is of no use to me. Now I have to spend more money telephoning the United Kingdom to have a question answered which should be able to be done here in NZ
