::I love this store and it food but what I didn’t appreciate when buying stuff this morning is the girl behind the counter not even engaging with me when I had finished my purchase because she was TEXTING! Why are staff members of any business allowed to have their phones on the floor in the first place !!!
Paul Armstrong
::An excellent selection of buns, breast, cakes, slices and pies, with friendly and efficient service. Judging by the steady stream of customers while I was there, the produce is delicious value for money!!
Stephen Cook
::Used to be a great shop, for BREAD! Called in yesterday (Sunday) mid-afternoon, two woman ahead ordered Coffees. Coffee? Since when.... So, waited several minutes while the lone male slowly served them, and that was just taking their order. Then he set about the noisy fiddly business of actually making the coffees. By then my wife was back from a nearby shop and I was still waiting, after several more minutes, just to get a loaf of bread. It would have been easily 5-10 minutes by now, and there were two more people behind me. I told my wife how long I'd been waiting and it was quite long enough so we walked out, and so did the other couple waiting. So, Brumbys "Bakery". You lost two sets of customers there to buy what you are meant to be selling because of a time-wasting coffee machine. Doesn't sound like a sound business decision to me. Get more staff or get rid of the machine.
