::Got a puncture (from a screw!) on our original hire car from Auckland, so having changed the wheel drove to this office to find out what to do about the flat tyre, they were brilliant, got a replacement bigger car within an hour no problems whatsoever. Staff very friendly and helpful.

::I highly recommend Budget Car rental in Rotorua City. Not only were they easy to deal with, they are all very honest and extremely helpful bunch.
