  Credit card charges are to high, pre loaded cards aren't accepted for payment, insurance pushed with implied penalties. A scratch to paintwork will cost $3000 initially if you don't use their insurance. Snarky service.

  Scammers, unkind, uncomfortable, You have to check everything before you drive. Be careful before signing the contract. It is better to use other car rental companies.

  staff were helpful in getting us a good vehicle at a good price. Very professional and efficient. Car was good too, no issues at all.

  This is the best service in New Zealand. We went there a few time and every time they were such a professional. There You can Fill a real hospitality and welcome. We used to do relocation from them to Auckland city. All cars was very clean and tidy, even for relocation. They do a great job there. Thank You for all guys.
