::Tried ringing in between 11am and 2-00pm on Monday with no reply. At 2pm the receptionist finally answered and transferred my call regarding water blasters. It was not picked up. My unanswered call was returned back to the receptionist and not picked up. I rang back again and the receptionist again transferred my call. Again no one bothered picking it up. This time my call was transferred back to the receptionist only this time it was never picked by her. I shop elsewhere now because nobody works there.

::Who doesn't love Bunnings? Love a good Bunnings snag and the building has been carefully designed to please the snobby Grey Lynn residents. Looks really nice in the area and is nice to have a central located hardware store. Way better than Mitre 10.
Loop Design
::Ridiculously understaffed, hot and stuffy and under stocked. You need to roam the store for 5 minutes to find a staff member for help, latch on to them and follow them around for another 5 minutes until they've finished helping another customer until you can get any assistance. The store seems to have no air conditioning and you just wanna get out of there as soon as possible before you faint. There's absolutely NO airflow, it's disgusting. I went looking for a basic bathroom shelf. There was basically nothing.

::Easy parking wheel chair parking access escalator to the store big spacious store .There was a person in the front entry greeting people which is nice. They have a cafe in the store so you can buy your hot drink and sandwiches. Helpful staff to show you where to look for things that your after. Clean and tidy well stocked shelves

::Nice large Bunnings warehouse store stocking almost all the major items in their catalogue. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Ample parking in the basement. The timber and trades entry is from the basement. The garden section is extensive with a huge variety of products. The best thing about this chain of stores is the hassle free return policy. Very well managed. The location is very handy to the city and city fringe suburbs. Highly recommended.
