  A great place to go and get a bargain. Staff know their stuff and are always willing to help. Child friendly and if you are wanting a coffee and a treat check out the café

  My husband and I would like to thank one of your staff, Hayden. A few weeks ago we purchased new bench tops. Although Hayden was about to finish for the day, he kindly came to the car with us and helped us load the benches into the car. We then were there over the weekend as we needed to purchase a new sink (for the kitchen) and get some stoppers to stop the water coming through, until our plumber arrived. Hayden went above and beyond to help us get the right product. Prior to that, while we waited, I saw that he was extremely helpful to a man in the kitchen area. Thanks Hayden :)

  Popped in to get some super glue and was told I had to submit to a bag search. Really? Is this store security Bunnings style. Great way to establish customer loyalty.

  Love that they are dog friendly! I go here instead of Mitre 10 as I don't have to leave my dog in the car. Works as a bonus both ways as our boy works like a staff magnet - they come over for a pat and then can help us find exactly what we need - or they find us someone who knows what we need!

  Very average customer service. Hard to find staff with actual expertise in the various areas they look after. Not sure why they want to search our bags all the time though. Found cheaper timber at Placemakers. Mega Mitre 10 have more professional staff and better customer service. We also have a trade account and the discounts are pathetic.
