  Today my son and I went to Rotorua Bunnings timber department, we were assisted by Owen. Truely helpful kind and knowledgeable. Top bloke advised handy tips. Thanks Owen you rock 😉👌👍

  AMBER...Your very poor customer service performance is noted on facebook and the customer is not happy with you girl. If you can't be helpful and attentive to your customers you need to move on. You're giving Bunnings a bad reputation by representing the company in such a negative and unprofessional manner. Your boss needs to tune you up girl or demote you to the backyard where no customer has to be in your presence...nasty beast!

  My partner and I shopped at Bunnings Rotorua today Monday the 29th January. I know the the weather is hot at the moment but I am not kidding It was so hot in their store I am sure it must have been beyond osh rules for the staff to work in those conditions NO AIRCON NOT EVEN ANY FANS. come on Bunnings how do you expect older people to shop in that heat I just about passed out. Then to add insult to injury they have stopped GOLD CARD DISCOUNTS !!! Should have gone to MITRE 10 and from now on I will

  Terrible service. Rang to make sure they had product I needed. 7 attempts and paint dept still didn't pick up. Nice guy on reception got them to call me back but an hour wasted. Went to store and it was like the staff were hiding. I did eventually find a cluster of staff and asked for directions and was told rudely said they would get to me - they didn't. I wil never go back.

  Checkouts poorly manned. Always have to wait or go to customer service counter to get served. Assuming you don't get caught behind someone that has a lengthy query. Great selection of products but service is getting poor.
